MCWLinks Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Introduction

04 Deposits and Payments

MCWLinks accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your mcwlinks wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• MCWLinks does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

05 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer.

• The standard wagering requirement on mcwlinks is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets.

• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other method — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on mcwlinks — including slots, fishing games, live casino and bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or by mcwlinks staff.

• The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are accurate and independently verified.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's wallet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced, not increased, during the active period.

10 Account Closure

You may close your mcwlinks account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

MCWLinks reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we determine that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if we have reason to believe that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

• Accounts closed due to Terms violations will not have their balance returned.
• Accounts closed at the player's request will have their real money balance returned within 5 business days.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

11 Limitation of Liability

MCWLinks provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and game availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. MCWLinks is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

In all cases, MCWLinks' maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of real money deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

MCWLinks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the mcwlinks platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
